Prof. Admon’s research interests include:
-Tumor-specific MHC restricted peptides: direct biochemical analysis of cancer cell MHC restricted peptides present in human cancer cells.
-Serological proteome: analysis of proteins uniquely expressed in tumor cells to identify tumor-specific proteins with value for cancer vaccine, targeting and diagnosis.
-Bioinformatics: development of new software tool, Pep-Miner, for large-scale proteomics analysis in collaboration with IBM Research Laboratories in Haifa.
-Proteomics of fish oocytes.
